Kasper CHONG is an Associate of the Firm. His practice covers both contentious and non-contentious matters in the infrastructure, construction and engineering sector. He has experience in front-end advisory work, including drafting and reviewing construction documentation such as main contracts, subcontracts, joint venture and consortium agreements for major projects in Singapore.

On the disputes side, Kasper has assisted in high-value and complex construction disputes, including adjudication proceedings under the Building and Construction Industry Security of Payment Act (SOPA) and arbitration, where he supports the preparation of submissions and overall case strategy.​

Kasper graduated with a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the University of Nottingham in 2022 and was called to the Singapore Bar in 2026
